Miraco Nutripharm collaborated with SingHealth Pharmacare to organise training sessions for their retail staff across 10 locations, such as Sengkang General Hospital and KK Hospital, with a collective participant count of 40 staff.
The training session was conducted for products such as Ginflex, Colecal, Pro-Gut and Pro-Uro. The pharmacist said that one of our bestsellers, Ginflex, is a 4-in-1 optimised, 100% natural formula based on a long history of medicinal use and backed by modern clinical research for quick relief of pain and swelling in joints and muscles. As a plant-based therapy with patented formula for higher bioavailability and enhanced effects, Ginflex is popular amongst both NHG doctors and patients for the effective management of Osteoarthritis. She recommends it for patients allergic to Paracetamol or Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) as well as people who prefer a natural and safer alternative to synthetic pain relief medications.
The second product that was talked about was Colecal which is a convenient 2-in-1 health supplement containing 800IU of Vitamin D3 and 400mg of elemental Calcium to help support overall well-being across people of all ages. The pharmacist stated that Vitamin D3 aids in the effective absorption of Calcium to provide more building blocks for healthier bones. Therefore, these synergistic nutrients in Colecal provide a broad range of health benefits, including stronger bones and better immunity. She says that Colecal is beneficial for people at risk or have Vitamin D or Calcium deficiency, such as elderlies and women. This is because Colecal provides a reliable source of clinically recommended doses of Vitamin D3 and Calcium Carbonate.
The next product the pharmacist talked about was Pro-Gut which is a scientifically developed formula of 8 allergen-free probiotic strains and a prebiotic. It is prescribed by doctors for a wide range of common digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acute diarrhea and traveller’s diarrhea. The pharmacist stated that Pro-Gut helps by promoting a healthy balance of digestive flora in the gut which maintains a healthy gut function. She recommends it for those that those with IBS and digestive health issues.
The final product that was presented on is Pro-Uro, which contains 2 clinically proven and patented probiotic strains, GR-1 TM and RC-14TM, specially formulated to support women’s urogenital (vaginal and urinary) health. Pro-Uro works by promoting a well-balanced vagina and urinary microflora which helps prevent growth of bad bacteria. The training session was very well received and the retail staff feedbacked that it was very informative.
